  My daughter went in for a dress fitting for a event at school. The experience she had when she went in on her own was unacceptable. They claim to have been busy. If that was true I still feel like you should have enough time and staff to accommodate customers. Needless to say she came home unhappy and I went back with her so that she could get help. The manager was apologic and said it was busy. Being in management myself I know that using the line "we were busy is a cop out". However my daughter picked out her dress and left happy. Well the night of the event they did not have the dress she chose that day and gave her whatever they wanted her to have. As if the manager was making a point to let me know that it's her store and she's in control. I just want her to know that she didn't stop the show for my daughter,my daughter actually in up loving the dress and she worked the hell out of it. The crowd said it and WE loved it! So with bridal USA trying to make a teens night bad in up being good!! You ladies should be ashamed of yourself and they will not get my business. FYI go with your children when trying on dresses. Did not think people were like this anymore.
